Shipping is free of charge for orders above € 150. Below this amount we charge € 9.00 incl. VAT for deliveries throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and Luxembourg.
If the order contains a product classified as oversize, an additional charge of €15.00 per order will be applied. This surcharge is not affected by the threshold for free shipping. You can check if the item is oversize on the product page and/or in the shopping cart.
We would like to offer you the cheapest possible but at the same time safe and professional shipping. For this reason, we use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the item.
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Italy.
We normally dispatch all orders that arrive before 12 noon the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). At certain times of the year, shipping times may be longer.
Delivery times are dependent on the courier used and the type of item.
