Un tubo led bianco freddo, uno blu e uno bianco caldo rivestono i contorni di un telaio a forma di pappagallo. La struttura è realizzata in metallo bianco ed è alta 120 centimetri.
Il tubo led ricrea un effetto molto simile a quello del tubo neon, per la sua luminosità intensa e vivace.
Il tubo è bifacciale, quindi la figura è illuminata da entrambi i lati.
Il pappagallo può essere appeso o poggiato a terra tramite un supporto da ordinare a parte (vedi tra gli accessori più in basso).
La decorazione è alimentata a corrente ed è a bassa tensione.
